I never realized how foul and racist YouTube comments are allowed to get

I was watching snippets of the Obama rally today, and this is what I found in the comments;

I've read a lot worse on those YouTube vids where Hispanics are posting vile hate against whites, blacks, Jews, and basically everyone else who isn't them. It gets pretty foul both ways, but it's quite shocking to see how similar their rants are to those of the KKK. They tell whites to "go back to Europe" (sounds a lot like "go back to Africa"), tell us we have no culture (while they're dressed just like us, and the music's just like ours except the lyrics are in Spanish).

I wish those people and the Klanners would have one big-ass rumble, wipe each other out, and let the rest of us live in peace. (OK, I realize I just stole that idea from George Carlin...but he was a very wise man, LOL!)

YouTube is horrible about allowing racist filth of all kinds to be posted and commented on their videos. But if you post a video of Jon Stewart, they'll pull it in a heartbeat--"Terms of use violation!!!!!!"

YouTube has sucked ever since it was bought out.

10. At least YouTube is providing better notification to uploaders

You get an email when someone comments on your videos. Previously it merely told you a comment had been posted, but you still had to navigate to the video to read it. But a few months ago that changed, and now the comment is included in the email.

I have a maybe 30 videos on YouTube, primarily old horse races. I've had to delete dozens of profane comments from one jerk who stalks me based on this user name. We had an argument on another site more than a year ago and he got banned, and he apparently blames me for it.
