Ohio's Jennifer Brunner in 2016! I hope people know how good she is ...

... because for all that was bad about Blackwell the same amount is
good about Ohio's Sec. of State Jennifer Brunner. She beat the republicans
@ the U.S. Supreme court .... voter suppression ... and by doing so "case law"
was made and across the country many of the repug. dirty tricks to
purge new voters from the rolls (roles ????) are now dead. America turning
blue is in no small part thanx to Jennifer Brunner.

In 2006 she promised fair open and honest elections in Ohio in 2008 and
it looks like that is what is going to happen although the repugs are still
fighting her tooth and nail.

I know her a little and this part of an e-mail I got from her last month.


Hi Tom,

Diebold finally did admit it was their software (errors in coding) and sent
out a nationwide advisory.My lawsuit against Diebold still stands, and
we'll keep pursuing it.

We are fairly certain we'll be doing public service announcements about
choices people have in this election, i.e. Backup paper ballots, voting by
mail or in person. Working on them now.

2. It's amazing how much she has managed...

to accomplish in the environment she is in. Her EVEREST study was the best one done that I have ever read, being a non-computer geek. She knows this issue forward, backward, and sideways. If she gets her way Ohio will be the gold standard of elections in this country.
