Palin Neiman Marcus visit prompts store to hire docents to guide unfamiliar with store.
The Scottsdale Neiman Marcus has hired store docents to guide the unfamiliar through the store on their first visits. The store was made aware of the confusion that Palin had when in one of their typical stores, which are museum gallery like and sparsely furnished in comparison to other stores.

Palin was confused that she had been brought to a museum gift shop at first, and when told that it was actually a store, she became calmer and her handlers were able to dress her without the use of drugs.

5. She did have that "first trip to the Big City" look about her, didn't she.
I'm impressed that she was familiar enough with museums to have made that assumption!
