Did Democrats go on a hate spree when it was revealed that Ken Blackwell would be the head of Bush's campaign in Ohio AND would also be certifying the vote at the same time?

I don't recall Democrats doing anything like this:

The Web site of the Ohio state agency that handles voter registration and other election information was shut down briefly after it was hacked, an official said on Tuesday, vowing to guard against fraud in the key battleground state in the Nov. 4 presidential contest.

Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner said the agency temporarily took the Secretary of State Web site at www.sos.state.oh.us down on Monday after "one or more" security breaches were detected.

The site was restored to partial service on Tuesday after technicians worked overnight to ensure that no information could be compromised.

"Our focus is and has always been to protect the vote of every eligible Ohio voter from any kind of fraud, be it voter registration fraud, illegal voting or vote suppression. This action has been taken to detect and prosecute any illegal breach of our voting infrastructure to maintain voter confidence," Brunner said.

1. No. The profoundly different reaction to the loss of political
power and influence is what's so disturbing.
We no longer know what we're dealing with.

2. Not anywhere close
There was some anger, but it wasn't to the point of computer hacking and threats.

7. Wait till they lose in November
You are going to see what they had in store if Gore had been awarded Florida in 2000.

9. The pukes will lose the White House, but salvage enough seats in the Senate...
I think that has been overlooked when voter records are purged. People focus on the presidential election. But we still need to win a supermajority in the Senate, or those bastards will filibuster every proposal to death.
