4. Awhile back, I read somewhere (sorry, no link)
That Obama said he would review all Shrub's signing statements once he was in office. Of course, all hell has broken loose with the economy since then, so I don't know how he will prioritize this now.

5. they are ALL unconstitutional - presidents must sign OR veto bills, they cannot ignore them or
rewrite them or claim they will fail to enforce them.
