Why isn't Dickhead Trump criticizing the Repigs for not impeaching and removing Bush and Cheney?

A small group of Repigs working and voting with the Dems could have actually accomplished removing Bush/Cheney.

The Dems never had that luxury. All the Dems could have done was impeach them but they never had the votes to remove them without Republican votes which they never had.
