That's what Stephanie Miller calls him.
What will Fox be like without his massive jowls?
Are other rats going to jump this sinking ship?

7. The writing's on the wall
I remember election night, 2004. After working polls all day, I went to the county Democratic victory rally. It started out packed; within an hour, at least half the people had left in advance of the bloodletting that happened that night. I think the same thing is happening on a larger scale with the GOP now.

18. Well now FAUX has lost the only guy they ever had with a shred of journalistic credibility
....even though it was buried deep under right wing conservatism. Twit did work for ABC when they were a somewhat objective news network, after all. He didn't seem like such an ass back then.

Guess he just couldn't sell the lies anymore.

22. He's Been Hinting At It For A While...
Maybe he'll take the time now to have that metal rod removed from up his ass.

Tough times are ahead for the networks...real tough times. Advertising revenues have been in a big decline...especially the big ticket advertisers (losing money from AIG, WAMU and a bunch of other big spenders is a big chunk of change out of their pockets)...the only thing that's keeping ships afloat is the large amount spent on the elections. If this fourth quarter shakes out as poorly as is predicted, broadcasting could hit a real cash crunch early next year. Just like other "deregulated" industries, broadcasting speculated and now is stuck with a lot of under-performing and over-valued properties that have driven stock prices into life-support and the debts are mounting. 2009 will not be a banner year in American broadcasting.

Ya gotta think these aren't fun days to be at Faux noise...the fall-out of the booosh years have been coming down around their heads and they've been reluctant foot soldiers in this campaign. Gramps was never a favorite around the place, and you can see the rats already jumping ship...when the blame game comes down, they want to be the ones casting the blame, not getting it.

My gets are good old Britt will do just fine. He'll cash out and remain a "contributor"...making money doing AEI lectures, Washington Times op-eds and blogging on Red State.
