What legislation was it that blivet** signed, but was not the law as passed by the Senate or the House? I get this nagging feeling that I just can't shake about it, but I can't remember what the law was that was involved.

It wasn't the new and improved Patriot Act (with this special attorney language) was it? I wish I could remember ....
