RFK Jr @ Huffington Post: Alaskan Independence Party - The Last Refuge Of A Scoundrel

From Mark Crispin Miller:

And while Gov. Palin loves America so much that she would like Alaska to secede, she also
loves her country so much that the only flag in her state office is the flag of Israel.

More evidence that Palin hates this world--and that, of course, includes America--so
deeply that she wants the End Times to begin as soon as possible.

(That she was lying to Peres is more than possible, since Palin lies as easily as she breathes.
But that she'd even think to make that statement tells us plenty about where she's really
coming from.)

Palin: 'Only Flag in My Office' Is Israeli

By Staff Reporter of the Sun | September 26, 2008

President Peres of Israel yesterday met for the first time with Governor Palin and with Senator McCain, who called the veteran Israeli statesman "my old friend." The warm handshake and exchange of broad smiles occurred during an international gathering known as the Clinton Global Initiative, hosted by President Clinton. "I wanted to meet you for many years," Ms. Palin told Mr. Peres, according to an aide to the president. "The only flag at my office is an Israeli flag," she was quoted as saying, "and I want you to know and I want Israelis to know that I am a friend."

Yes, Sarah Palin is linked closely with the AIP--even though she claims to "love America"
(and notwithstanding the McCain Team's loud denials that she was a member of that outfit).

Anyone who wants to see the video of Dexter Clark, AIP vice chair, telling a whole roomful
of secessionists about the governor's prior membership, and her successful "infiltration" of
the GOP, should go right here:

Alaskan Independence Party: The Last Refuge of a Scoundrel

In 2004, America's malleable mainstream media allowed itself to be manipulated by artful Republican operatives into devoting weeks of broadcast attention and drums of ink to unfairly desecrating John Kerry's genuine Vietnam heroics while obligingly muzzling serious discussion of George W. Bush's shameful wartime record of evasion and cowardice.

- snip -

Vogler was murdered in 1993 during an illegal sale of plastic explosives that went bad. The prior year, he had renounced his allegiance to the United States explaining that, "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government." He cursed the stars and stripes, promising, "I won't be buried under their damned flag...when Alaska is an independent nation they can bring my bones home." Palin has never denounced Vogler or his detestable anti-Americanism.

Palin's husband Todd remained an AIP party member from 1995 to 2002. Sarah can be described in McCarthy-era palaver as a "fellow traveler." While retaining her Republican registration, she attended the AIP's 1994 convention where the party called for a draft constitution to secede from the United States and create an independent nation of Alaska. The McCain Campaign has reluctantly acknowledged that she also attended AIP's 2000 Convention. She apparently found the experience so inspiring that she agreed to give a keynote address at the AIP's 2006 convention and she recorded a video greeting for this year's 2008 convention. In other words, this is not something that happened when she was eight!

So when Palin accuses Barack of "not seeing the same America as you and me," maybe she is referring to an America without Alaska. In any case, isn't it time the media start giving equal time to Palin's buddy list of anti-American bombers and other radical associates?

or Secretary of State, etc...this leaves her seat vacant in NY and Patterson offers it to RFK Jr. I would love to have him as my Senator.

4. apparently this outfit endorses the practive of actively saying you are a
republican while covertly working to overthrow and breakup the United States. We know Sarahs husband was a member of the group, and we know Sarah herself gave a speech to the group IN THIS year. Sarah needs to answer some questions, including if she agrees with the overthrow and break up of the US. And how do we know if Sarah's biggest Republican fans are not members of this group, considering their stated belief in going undercover as republicans. Perhaps they should all be added to a terrorist watch list.

5. I have known about Sarah Palin for many years
having been a long time member of the Defenders of Wildlife, but I had no idea that she was so crazy. Unbelievable- simply unbelievable.
