Palin's tax return: Todd's "businesses"-snow machine racing
Edited on Sun Oct-05-08 09:33 AM by rainbow4321
His businesses are listed as snow machine racing and fishing.

"Meal and entertainment" deductions?? How the hell does THAT work...he ate food while he was at a race and he gets to claim it? Is that why all his fishing and snow machine races are listed under "businesses" so he can deduct everything done while at them ? Over $3000 deductions claimed for travel/meals/entertainment while he is fishing.

Snow machine racing:
Travel/meals/entertainment $730

Cell phone fees
decals
fuel
entry fees
equip part and maintenance
physicals
A few other things listed
Total claimed deductions: $9828

----------

And they sure as hell waited a long time to do their 2007 returns..it's dated 9/3/2008 under the "preparer's signature" (H&R Block)

Have their tax returns been picked apart? I haven't seen a whole lot of info on them since they came out.

2. I wonder why she doesn't pay Social security tax?
Does anyone who works for the government? Not picking just curious. Actually it looks like a very straightforward "joe sixpack" tax return.

5. Not sure about up there
But as a local government worker here in TX (county hospital employee) I don't pay into SS, either. Instead, it goes to a retirement fund.
