OMG, Judy Giuliani declares the reason for public service is so you can pick up the phone

and raise money for scholarship money for a girl to finish highschool. Otherwise people won't take your calls.

I suppose that sums up the GOP in a nutshell (and I do mean nut). Being a public servant means being able to get your rich friends to give money.
