The most amazing performance.
I did'nt realize someone could memorize that many talking points.
Mika said this morning it sounded like she was reading.
Chris said last night it sounded like a spelling bee.

Compare her being interviewed by KC. The talking points don't work when you are asked follow up questions about magazines you can't recall reading, or can't name any of them.

3. I have to say, I was impressed with her memory skills. We all KNOW she
can't answer questions or reason independently, so that was a helluva lot of memorizing!

4. if was like the talking points came to her in spurts - Question about Economy: she remembers taking
point about Afghanistan and say do you mind if I discuss Afghanistan briefly.

And Gwyn Ifill let Palin have her way with surreptitious regurgiation of irrelevant talking points.

5. What impressed me about her last night
was how she demonstrated the Republican tactics.

First she asked Joe if she could call him by his first name.
( that was picked up on mike when they were shaking hands on stage before the debate started).
I wish he had said "My friends call me Joe.
YOU can call me Senator"

Then she ignored the debate rules, by changing topics of the question to suit her.

And did not look at Joe, kept her head down studying her talking point cards.

I don't think she understood a damn thing she was saying.

6. She would go into full on robot monotone when reciting the talking points...
it was even more amusing when her eyes would glaze over as she recited them.
