Latinos or maybe Micronesians, what does Quest Mean en mean?
I'm seeing these signs all over Honolulu that say Cest Mean en or Quest Mean En (sorry but I don't remember the first word exactly). There is a very Bush-y looking flag and a blue background. It is clearly a national political sign, but no translation site I can find tells me what the hell it means.
