Just curious: Will personal credit scores of Wall Street execs plummet?
Will they not be able to buy a car on credit? Or buy a cell phone?

Will the interest rates on their cards skyrocket to 29.99%?

1. Why would they? Did they default on *personal* debt?

5. Probably not...
But perhaps that should be part of the bailout package. Trash every exec and board member's credit score. Make them pay 30% interest. Call them every day with "when do you expect to take of this?" questions. Make them "verify" their address and phone number and ask them "how did you get into this situation?" with each call.

Or better yet, just arrest the lot of them and prosecute for fraud and theft...

3. Do you really think their FICO scores matter?
Hell, I don't get millions of dollars in yearly bonuses and my FICO score doesn't matter. I have a great relationship with my credit union. When I want money, they lend it to me. I'm not wealthy, and I haven't ever had a problem.

The wealthy don't get turned down for credit because of a FICO score.

4. Henry Paulson used to make $37 million a year at Goldman Sachs.
I doubt he asked for a loan to buy a car or a cellphone.
