has anything been said as to how the day to day handling and record keeping of this bailout will be managed by the government?

1. Will Paulson handle it?
2. Will Bernake handle it?
3. What government agency will manage it?
4. Are they going to have to create a separate agency to handle it?
5. Will they be hiring Wall Street types to manage it?
6. What will they be paying them - Wall Street wages or government wages?
7. Are they going to outsource the management of this bailout to private companies?
8. What will the management of this bailout cost taxpayers?
9. Is it part of the $700 Billion?
10. Have they even addressed this aspect of the bailout yet?
11. Will they even manage it or will this fall down the rabbit hole with all the billions that went unaccounted for in Iraq?
