2. Now to fix it, we have to announce a 10 TRILLION DOLLAR

bail out of everyone who is losing money anywhere in the world.

And, after a couple day bounce of 1000 points up or more... the market will head right back down to below 10,000 because investors will have figured out that there just isn't any way for the US to create $10 T.
