Distribute the Debt According to Wealth and 400 people will pay 350 Billion Dollars

If half the wealth of America is owned by 400 people then let those 400 people pay half of the 700 billion dollars.

That sounds fair.

The Forbes 400
The rich haven't gotten richer--or poorer--this year. For the second year in a row, the price of admission to The Forbes 400 is $1.3 billion. In this, the 27th edition of the list, the assembled net worth of America's wealthiest rose by $30 billion--only 2%--to $1.57 trillion...

5. Does anyone know how we can get this suggestion sent in?
I really think this is fair. Many of the people who have wealth helped to cause the problem or gained from it. So let's be fair and if the American People have to bail out the banks it should bailed out based on the net worth of the individual taxpayers. It would still hurt but not as bad and the little people and the middle class would not be paying more than their share.

9. Why only half?
Those who profited from these crimes should pay it all back. Suckering the rest of us into paying half is just another con operation.
