3. Thank you. Truth be told, we use the same set of public guidelines for all DU members as a standard

It can take time, which is probably frustrating for some, but the outcome is as fair and even handed as possible, in my opinion. And that's obviously the goal, along with helping the forums run smoothly, day to day.
