After watching the first Half of SNL... I'm glad Obama cancelled....
Aside from the opening when Tina basically destroyed Palin, the rest of the show is suck. Just horrible. I'm glad Obama didn't associate himself with this episode. Next week seems a WHOLE LOT BETTER.

I don't expect to be back again for another 13. Ugh.

3. As of this minute, agreed.
Fey/Poehler were great. The rest is sadly typical modern SNL.

Hopefully Weekend Update will be good.

6. Amy played Hillary
Best line from Amy "Yup, ANYONE can be President". This followed Palin line about anyone can be President in America or something like that. I thought actually it wasn't very good. But it meant to point out the Hillary is not the same as Palin. Smarter, more serious, etc......

8. Basically the character that played Hillary destroyed Palin, And Tina sort of posed for the camera..
It was awesome. Aside from that this is one of the worst episodes I've ever seen. Michael Phelps has no business hosting SNL.

16. It'll be on Youtube soon...some good lines
Palin: Just two years ago I was a small-town mayor of America's meth capital and now I'm a heartbeat away from the presidency.

Hillary: I invite the media to grow a pair. And if you don't, I'll loan you mine.

After Palin asked the media to be nice, Hillary (Poehler) said it wasn't sexist to challenge the credentials of a candidate or ask tough questions - "Ask her about dinosaurs."

5. I definitely turned it off.
So uninspired considering this is their season premiere. Shouldn't this theoretically be their best material?

10. SNL is rarely funny anymore.
Other than Tina Fey, the show is awful.

I miss the old days. :-(

13. Tina Fey did an excellent Palin.
That sketch was good, and it's gone downhill from there. Weekend Update is sucking too. I should just go to bed since it's nothing to lose sleep over.

14. Generally, only the opening is any good and that isn't even consistently good.
