5. I don't know how I'd like moose meat. Moose feed on a lot of swamp vegetation

and "browse", so it's probably pretty gamey and funky/fishy tasting. I have had elk, which grazes on wild grasses, and IT'S not gamey at all - better than the best beef IMHO.
