2. Barack, of course, did not compare Palin to a pig.
But somehow, when McCain accused him of it, it struck me that Palin does fit the pig with lipstick image. She kind of squeals around on stage, repeats herself a lot, and now we learn that she visited the trough of the federal government an awful lot of times for her city and her state and then the trough of her state to fund her own living expenses.

The Republicans have used this image a lot for Democrats and it never really stuck because it didn't really fit, but now that McCain and the press mention it, --- Wow!
