Surfing around on my shortwave, I picked up a couple of noisy minutes before the signal faded. Maybe it's a good thing I missed most of it. A scumbag making fun of an icon. A talentless propagandist whose only claim to fame is his ability to memorize talking points trashes a brilliant and talented artist. As Peggy Lee said, "Is That All There Is?" Is this all the repukes have left in their arsenal?

People make fun of each other so lightly now. I guess it has been going on forever, but it seems worse.

I don't believe I have EVER heard this guy's radio show.

My impression was that it was a hatchet job full of typical out of context "drops" from an interview that Belafonte did with the Beeb.

Plus, he did a lot of the typical RW talking point nonsense.

As I sat on my back patio with my radio receiving the rebroadcasting of the XM signal from the other part of the house, I rolled my eyes until I was able to get up and change the XM master receiver to another station.
