Obey apologized. He's on our side. Enough is enough.

I was one of the first to freak out when I saw the youtube video. I want to get that out before anyone thinks I've been kissing his ass since this whole thing happened.

Obey voted against this war. When every Democratic candidate for president, that was in congress, voted for it; he voted against it. He's not one of the bad guys.

I think it's clear from the video that he is just as, or even more, frustrated than we all are. Did he respond inappropriately? Yes he did.

He also did something you'll NEVER see a republican do. He apologized for his behavior.

Obey is actually one of the few people we can count on to end this shit war. It's not going to happen instantly, and the ones who expect it to, aren't being honest with themselves.

So for me, apology accepted. The man made a small mistake. It's nothing compared to the mistake of voting for this MESS we're in. Let's not destroy someone who is on our side, and fights for us every single day.

I have laid off Obey and accepted his apology, but I sure hope others will also listen to Obey's apology because I am still hearing people calling her a "liberal idiot" and it is really bothering me. Obey apologized, so now can everyone please lay off this woman who is trying her best to protect her son?
