14. I'm 90% certain that it's "Obama - Oh Mama!"

You can see "Oh Mam" and what looks like an exclamation point on the nosecone. "Oh Mama" rhymes with Obama, and I can't think of anything else that starts out "Oh Mam" that would fit in that space.
