1. Fay's mostly a washout so far

and will only be a minimal hurricane before landfall farther north.

Still, washouts are unpleasant when they're happening. It's no fun being that wet.

I watched the last hurricane go through Key West on the webcams on Duvall St. Those things never went out and even at the height of the storm, the street was full of people wading through the knee deep water.

I guess it takes a lot to kill the party in Key West.
