2. Hey frylock! Ole Dunky is still dirty as ever.
Ask SAIC and TITAN.
Its been no secret here in San Diego that this guy has been taking kickbacks for decades. Stories in the Reader as well as the UT over the past 25 years. Why hasnt the Justice dept. caught up with this guy yet?
