Just wondering if folks with accounts are sleeping out on their lawnchairs tonight.

Next to the doors of their local branch.

McCain's son resigns from two Boards of Directors
RAW STORY
Published: Sunday July 27, 200

Andrew K. McCain, son of Arizona senator and GOP presidential candidate John McCain, has resigned two high posts in the banking industry.

McCain stepped down from the boards of Silver State Bancorp and Silver State Bank of southern Nevada for "personal reasons," the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. Silver State would not comment further.

McCain had served on the board of Silver State Bank, originally Choice Bank, and Silver State Bancorp since February 2008, having been a director with Choice Bank starting in 2006.

McCain's current posts include Vice President and CFO of Hensley & Company, the beer distributorship which his stepmother Cindy chairs, and chairman-elect of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.

I love me some good irony... anyone here remember the Silverado scandal and Neil Bush? are these the same two Nevada banks that the FDIC very quietly took over on Saturday? I think this has legs...

3. Yeah? Well Rev. Wright, no flag pin, mooslim, didn't visit the troops
That proves there's nothing to this story.

You'll see when the librul media has it all over the front page tomorrow because they love Obama so much.

Not.

6. It's going down. The stock has lost 95% of its value the past year.
It's selling for under $2 a share.

7. Yup...
Insiders/execs were buying at $20/share last summer...this past Feb., according to the Yahoo financial page, they were selling those same stocks at $10/share. They knew where it was heading months ago.
And that was before a lawsuit was filed against them (by investors who are suing Southwest Exchange who had accounts at the bank) and before the bank itself filed to sue the State of Nevada (July 1, 2008).

8. And Quote The Corporate Media..."Crickets Chirping"
This isn't the first Gramps scandal that has not made a blip on the corporate media radar...kudos to Larissa and the Raw Story folks for finding this and hopefully staying on it...it symbolizes the amount of corruption that has gone on both within the GOOP and Gramps own benefits.

Ain't it something...my son, if I'm lucky, I may be able to help him get a job at the local hardware store...but if I were a connected Senator who sits on the finance committee, my bets are I'd be able to walk into my local bank and they'd probably hand him the keys to the place...making sure to keep dad happy.

So now...a serious question...and that is of young McCain's "qualifications". Does he have any type of finance degree? Had he had any prior banking experience? Yep, this sure smells of another Silverado...shades of Neil boooosh.

And, let us not forget Gramps connections to her:

Vicki Iseman...the corporate lobbyist and "close" Gramps traveling companion. Where's she been lately?

11. Check out this UPI Report NOTHING BAD ABOUT THE BANK'S FINANCES:
-SNIP

"He was recently appointed chairman of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the newspaper said. He is also chief financial officer of Phoenix-based Hensley & Co., a large beer distributorship.

The newspaper said there were no indications that Andrew McCain's resignation from Silver State's boards was related to his father's presidential campaign."

Wow...Here is a Yahoo link with their recent numbers. You can do it weekly, daily, monthly, etc. I just picked weekly to show how ithas steadily tanked dramatically each week.
Ok, WHEN did McClame's kid think joining this bank and being on the board was a GOOD thing? Did the number trend tell him nothing? Given his Daddy's run for prez, ya think the McClame people would have turned the place inside out looking for potential trouble. Weird.

To think that last year this time it was at 20.

LAST trade for TODAY was 1.10

How LOW can it go before they shutter the doors and post that all too familiar sign we have seen in the media pics of banks lately?

He bailed this past Saturday for a reason.
