One of the best I've ever seen by any band young or old. Mic is an amazing performer. After nearly three hours I was tired of standing but he was still running back and forth on stage. And he's my Dad's age.

17. An unheralded lyricist...

He's composed some pretty dazzling stuff over the years; the Stones' overall image and soap-opera-ish history tends to overwhelm what fundamentally solid work the produced during their first ten or so years.

(and beyond that... eh, even though it never did much for me, I figure they were entitled to milk it all and then some.)

I play something from the Stones every day. After 40 plus years, I've never gotten tired of their music. Really, I can't think of a better tribute.
