So if Bush and his Cronies can basically use the Constitution as
toilet paper, why can't Obama rescind any pardons that Bush grants.

I mean come on, if the Bush crowd blatantly disregarded the Constitution, how can they call Olly Olly In Free at the end of the game.

It's just utterly ridiculous that they trashed all that the US stands for, all that seperates us from the terorists and anarchists, all that makes America unique in the world and then will slither away under the shield of the very document they held in such contempt.

They should all be brought up on charges.

1. Or, Obama COULD
insist that other countries issue warrants for the arrest of Bush/Cheney for war crimes if pardons are given out. Let them be tried elsewhere. Our pathetic Congress won't do it? Fine, let someone else do it.

Enjoy traveling, you sorry douchebags. Make them prisoners here. Looking over their shoulders. Fearing leaving our land. That's a good beginning of a long, long punishment. Never able to run away. In time, we'll get them like Capone. Tax evasion, insider trading, basic stu-fucking-pidity in some deal.

Our Constitution is in tatters as is, considering our elected Congress won't do much towards impeachment, save Dennis Kucinich. Outsourcing punishment for this lot...nice karmic ring to that.

2. If they sneak away under cover of the Constitution...
Then their hypocrisy will have been exceeded only by our groveling cooperation...

It would be one last dirty finger in our faces as they slither out the damn door!

They should certainly be brought up on charges...

I'm liking the sound of the Hague, myself...

3. How About We Restore The Constitution?
I would love for these war criminals to get what they deserve. And Bush cannot pardon himself, do he might get put in the pokey. And I'd imagine that a number of countries will indict the whole crew for war crimes.

4. Send Them to the Hague
Bush** will pardon everyone, including himself. We know this.

Send the lot of them to the Hague!

They'll tell them where they can put those Presidential pardons.

5. that would be unconstitutional
The president has the absolute power to pardon, under the Constitution. No one can rescind that power.

His daddy used that power to hide horrible crimes. And so will he.

Impeachment might have made a difference.
