The consequences of Hit and Run

About 1 1/2 years ago a girl named Carlee Wines who came from Manalapan, New Jersey (the town I grew up in and where my mother still lives) was struck by a hit and run driver on the campus of UConn. She died two days later. The driver of that vehicle is now serving time in prison, for both the crime and the cover up. That is where hit and run drivers belong.
