Let's say InSane decides he wants a piece of the pie and puts together his own European tour--how do you think it would contrast with Obama? :)

1. First he'd visit Czechoslovakia before visiting Yugoslavia and the Republic of Sperska
Then, the ancient island of Atlantis for some sun, before showing his mettle by visiting the dangerous border region of Iraq and Pakistan.

5. First stop: Czechoslovakia!
And then he can travel to Iraq, tell everybody how safe it is (behind a thousand or so Blackwater thugs and a Kevlar vest), and from there, on to Iraq's neighbor, PAKISTAN.

What a dope.

9. He'd get stuck driving in circles in a round-about.
Then visit Stonehenge and talk about the good old days.

He'd visit the Eiffel tower and, in throwing away his beret, get a dachsund to leap off the top.

Then he'd tell a older German man he was "looking for sex."

11. He would show his bravery by going to the USSR
After a talk with the Politiboro, he would head for Berlin to see the wall. Then he would make his way to Yugoslavia where he would warn against the failures of socialism. After that, he would go to France - scratch that, he wouldn't want to go to such an anti-Amurkan country. He would then go to see King George in London after a stopover on Monte Carlo to see Princess Grace.

28. Well, he did, with the Middle East first, back in March
If it's Tuesday, it must be:
Iraq: Iraqis Unmoved by McCain Visit
Jordan: A McCain Gaffe in Jordan
Israel: McCains Holy Land Pilgrimage
UK: McCain in Britain: 'We All Misspeak'
France: McCain's Paris Romance

The gaffe? Connecting al-Qaeda and Iran. His babysitter, Joe Lieberman, had to step in:

-- Sen. John McCain, traveling in the Middle East to promote his foreign policy expertise, misidentified in remarks Tuesday which broad category of Iraqi extremists are allegedly receiving support from Iran.

He said several times that Iran, a predominately Shiite country, was supplying the mostly Sunni militant group, al-Qaeda. In fact, officials have said they believe Iran is helping Shiite extremists in Iraq.

Speaking to reporters in Amman, the Jordanian capital, McCain said he and two Senate colleagues traveling with him continue to be concerned about Iranian operatives "taking al-Qaeda into Iran, training them and sending them back."

Pressed to elaborate, McCain said it was "common knowledge and has been reported in the media that al-Qaeda is going back into Iran and receiving training and are coming back into Iraq from Iran, that's well known. And it's unfortunate." A few moments later, Sen. Joseph Lieberman, standing just behind McCain, stepped forward and whispered in the presidential candidate's ear. McCain then said: "I'm sorry, the Iranians are training extremists, not al-Qaeda."

Mere details, m'lad. It's not important for a candidate for the most powerful position in the world to keep these things straight... :sarcasm:
