Novak has Hit and Run before- We filed charges against him for ASSAULT in 2004

Hey, upon hearing of Novak's "hit and run" story I realized that this asshat has done this before, and there were MANY witnesses, as a matter of fact me and a few other people filed Assault charges against him in 2004.

We were covering the Primaries in 2004, and were in downtown New Hampshire outside of the restaurant where they were just finishing up shooting Crossfire.. there was a small crowd assembled, and greeting Novak and others as they left - not saying nice things, as a matter of fact the guy he assaulted called him a Traitor to Novak's face, and had been giving him shit during breaks in the broadcasting of Crossfire, this was when the Plame affair had basically hit the news.

So on the ice Novak went Ballistic.. he shoved this guy about ten feet backwards, and he would have fallen had I not caught him. Then Novak drew back his fist and had a total meltdown face glaring at us, he was going to smash this guy in the face, HARD. I've worked in two mental Institutions and never seen a face like that, it scared me, and I'm no puss.

Novak got drug away, then ran into the CNN bus a few feet away. The crowd was going wild over this, they'd all seen it, so I went over to the bus and beat on the door, demanding that Novak apologise, or that someone defuse the situation, it was getting out of control. Some chipper little producer cracked the door and played "I know Nothing" games with me, so I went back to the crowd, thinking that maybe they'd rock the bus if they got pissed enough.. No Novak.

Then BOW TIE BOY walks out, right into the middle of this hubbub. Starts wagging his little beatle cut around like a little french whore saying, "Big deal, he SHOVED him, he's a 70 year old man, what can HE DO?" So I stepped in real close and said, "Hey Tucker, how about if *I* SHOVE YOU back about Ten FEET on this ICE?"

The look on his face was Priceless, I'll never forget it. He Blanched. Pale. Got an instant "Get me the fuck OUTTA HERE" panic attack. he grabbed the nearest Nutcase (a weirdo running for Prez) and furiously started gabbing with the guy, moving him out of the crowd by the elbow to escape.

What a tool.

Then about four of us convince the assaulted man to go to the Police Station and file charges against Novak for ASSAULT. We spent about three hours there, and all gave Testimony, were under Oath, and filed them as affidavits. We even had a millionaire pal with us who was paying for everything, and I kept telling him to get the Assaulted man a Lawyer, to follow this up, get Novak into Discovery, and THEN ala Clinton, ask Novak OTHER Questions, like ones about Valerie Plame would have been JUICY..

SOOOOO... Maybe I should pass along this Info to The Smoking Gun site, and call the producer at the Abrams show (who's used some of our Siegelman footage before) and alert them to this. Smoking Gun might dig up the Offense and we can get it to the State in case they want to USE IT, and FUCK NOVAK..

Because in the end he Needs to be Fucked, if ever anyone (besides KKKarl, Bush, and Cheney Co) deserved it.

Some elderly people are diagnosed with Alzheimer's only after something bad happens. My husband was in a grocery store parking lot a few years ago when an elderly woman accidentally ran over a woman and her son, then accidentally put the car in reverse and ran them over again.

The woman died and the elderly woman weas diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Novak is 77 years old. I'm not saying that all elderly people develop dementia, but some need to have their licenses revoked for other reasons, like slow reflexes.

I just kinda worry about the ones that do and don't realize it until somebody winds up dead.

I'm really glad you still have your mom. I wish mine had lived that long. I have an elderly aunt (95) who is now in a nursing home. About ten years ago, she drove into our fence. I took a ride with her and she was treating stop signs and red lights as though they were optional.

I was very worried about it because she and my mother often went out together and my aunt always
drove. The second time she plowed down our fence, I called the DMV and asked them what to do about it. They sent her a notice saying she needed to take a driver's test. She passed with flying colors, went home and drove right into her front steps.

She still drove for a few years after that until she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

A Take Back the Media SCOOP - Novak savagely attacks onlooker at New Hampshire Primaries.

CNN has created massive coverage of the New Hampshire Primaries - bringing with them on their gaudy Election 2004 bus a host of their news anchors, including one Robert Novak - who is most well known for his obfuscating on CROSSFIRE.

Remember Robert Novak? He's the source of the Valerie Plame CIA outing in the media and has never been called to task for what appears to be a rather substantial breaking of Federal LAW.

As of this date, for nearly 100 days no one in this administration has wanted to touch this - for apparently someone high in the Bush administration has to have passed this information along to Novak, and whoever did that may be culpable legally as well.

It looks like there is some movement in that direction - a Grand Jury is being empaneled for this purpose. To me if looks like Novak is screwed either way. If he tells WHO gave him that information - he has no credibility - if he DOESN'T talk, he may be jailed. He may be jailed anyway - as I understand it (and I am not a lawyer) this is a CRIME.

So it would make sense that Novak is worried - perhaps to the point of losing his cool or his mind - which he did on January 27 outside of the Merrick Restaurant at about 5:15 pm. I was there, I saw it - I even caught the guy that Novak attacked.

I can't get the image out of my mind. Novak looked like a little caged animal - fist locked and *censored*ed back, he wasn't through with his victim before getting hustled off and onto the bus.

How did we get to this moment?

We'd been covering the Primaries in New Hampshire for over two weeks - filming, writing, etc.

Novakula attacks, again
On an airplane:



According to our unofficial mascot on the flight, Novak was boarding an American flight to Chicago when he cut in front of another passenger while entering first class. The guy protested and laid a hand on Novak -- who responded by socking him and threatening to knock his teeth out.

Not mild-mannered Bob? We reached Novak in Maui, just minutes into yesterday's game."Some guy pushed me and I pushed him back," he said, shouting into the phone from the stands. "That's all there was to it." Both offending parties were scolded by airline staff and huffed to their respective seats.


Get this man into the ring.



On the afternoon of last year's New Hampshire primary, Robert Novak was in the Merrimack Diner in Manchester broadcasting a segment of Crossfire. It was a garden-variety event for Novak, then on his 12th presidential campaign and his umpteenth edition of CNN's gabfest, until a local man, furious with Novak for outing a covert C.I.A. agent in his syndicated column, started shouting at him during a commercial break. "You're a traitor!" he shrieked. "You're a traitor!" The man was hushed up, the program resumed, and Novak talked more politics.

But afterward, as Novak made his way to the CNN bus, his tormentor followed, taunted him some more, and allegedly shoved him from behind. Novak, a short septuagenarian whose three-piece suits hide a considerable gut, grabbed the much larger man by the arm and gave him a shove back, sending him sprawling. Then he prepared for more serious skirmishing. "Novak looked like a little caged animal, fist locked and cocked back," an unsympathetic observer later wrote, "like a garden troll gone insane." Before he could take another swing, his Crossfire counterpart Paul Begala dragged him away.



Like a garden troll gone insane. Priceless.

At least Novak will have another career to turn to when he hands in his pen.

I totally take issue with Novak's story, he's, as usual LYING.. I saw the whole thing and Brad was nowhere NEAR the back of Novak.. He was right next to me, and Novak was more than an arms length from both of us, Nofacts RUSHED Brad, caught him off guard, me too, and I've been in my fair share of bar fights.. If anyone was shoving Novak from Behind it was Begala trying tiger through the crowd and to the CNN bus at the curb - Begala pulled Novak away FROM behind..

Novak is totally full of shit and playing defense when his actions were indefensible. He's pretty strong and quick for his age, Brad was short but swarthy, bucked his own wood for the winter, but not a mean bone in his body..

I haven't written to The Smoking Gun yet, maybe they'll dig up those papers we filed at the cop shop and embarrass the Yoink even more if possible - hadn't heard about the Airplane assault.. Funny how Novak always claims someone came at him from "Behind" or out of Nowhere..

Maybe his fake eyebrows are slipping.. There's footage out there of a Crossfire segment where one of his eyebrows is trying to Flee his brow, and it was one of the funniest damn things I've ever seen, and his teeth were slipping all over at the same time..
