When are they going to turn back on the WebCams in Iraq so we can see the success?

When are they going to turn back on the WebCams in Iraq so we can see the success?
There used to be lots of them. We were able to watch the US tanks rolling into Baghdad on some of them. Now they are all gone. Try and find one that is working today. It sure would nice to see some of that surge success on one. But in the new free and liberated Iraq they won't let us see any. Why is that? Any ideas?

1. The Iraqi's only have electricity about 20 to 30% of the time
so there's not enough generation to keep them powered up any length of time.
