Secretary of Education Margaret BUSH-Spellings was just on
the Colbert Report.

Secretary Spellings said that under "No child left behind" under-achieving schools are sanctioned.

Colbert then said, "The bush administration has shown us that sanctions don't work and that we should just bomb the schools that don't perform to standards."

2. He kept insisting we should leave SOME of them behind
You know how he does that kind of stuff in his I'm-the-most-insistent-rightwinger kind of way.

As he usually does, his interaction with that guest made this a fun interview (even though I don't like NCLB).
