13. Did you see where one Dem voted Present and then all of a sudden

that vote isn't in the present column anymore? He or she must have changed the vote to yes after seeing that even some Republicans voted yes.

STRAIGHT UP COWARD!

Edited: There were 2 Dems who voted no, but then now it just changed for 2 Dems for No to only 1 Dem for no.
