do NOT hire Roni Deutch. She advertises all the time on XM. Right now I'm listening to her shilling for McCain on Tom Hartmann's show, and she's all Bushonomics tax-cutting for the rich. Lower taxes for the corporations, lower taxes for the rich. She's an idiot.

Hartmann has her completely tied in knots. She's shrieking.

2. Ironic
I had to file for it, made the decision to do it when I saw that the laws were going to change. My attorney was pure left. We sat in his office and talked politics and he went off on the new bankruptcy laws, and how they were helping his business, but going to screw the little people. FYI on the bankruptcy, had been unemployed for a total of 3 years (off and on contract jobs), had student loans (still have those), and had liquidated all my assets at the time, total discharged was just around 12 thousand, not much, but the job I had was only going to pay about $600.00 per week pre tax with not health. So bit the bullet and did it. Still earning very little, but got benefits, and a more secure job than prior. Please don't tell me we are not in a recession.

3. She's also running one of the biggest scam tax "help" services in the country
Promises the moon, delivers hell to unsuspecting folks who need help with IRS liens, etc.
