I'm sure he has uncovered quite a large amount of evidence against them. He is an expert in Al Qaida and terrorism as well as Organized Crime families. A ceaseless researcher with a mainframe for a brain. I bet in just the research alone from this trial he has all that he'd need to build a case about the manufacturing of evidence to go to this war. Brewster Jennings is within his scope of this probe. I'm sure he came across lots that could hurt them but are beyond the perimeters of this trial.

Not only that but he is Untouchable. It would be such a bullshit firing of the Best Prosecutor in the country that Fitzgerald would react with both guns blazing and he would have an army of defenders. They've been stupid and reckless before but I'm not sure that they would be that stupid.
