There is a hearing on the Enron loophole in the House Committee on Monday ( according the the man who answered the phone when I called them today)

2. i heard dorgan talking to ed schultz about this, but
it sounded like the windfall tax. my understanding is all they need to do is put the words "and energy" back into that 2000 commodities futures modernization act
