To clean up this Congress. Many have no respect for the Constitution or the rights of the people. They call it the "Intelligence Committee", an oxymoron if there ever was one. In a few minutes, they will vote on this travesty. Most likely, almost all the Repubs will vote for it, just as they have done for the last 7 years and one of the reasons why they are in a deep slide. And enough Democrats will vote with them to pass this piece of crap. We have a long way to go to clean up this mess. They are negotiating away our Constitutional rights.
