Does anyone have hard facts about federal budget over last decade?

Does anyone have hard facts about federal budget over last decade?
I'm trying to refute RW argument that Medicare/Medicaid and social programs still are the largest outlay of the federal budget. I believe the defense budget is the largest but cannot find the hard numbers with citations. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
