Bush is popular! Well, in Nigeria (Bush History: 6/13 Friday)
A world-wide poll finds that Bush is popular ... at least in Nigeria.

Also on this date, we have a Wall Street Journal story on Bush's attempt to set-up a new legal system. A court has ruled that the president's proposal "would have disastrous consequences for the Constitution -- and the country".
