But hasn't he tried this before? And there were roadblocks? I am worried we may get our hopes up again-that it will be kaboshed! Say it ain't so!

Last time he tried it was for Cheney. No doubt there will be road blocks. My only hope is for judiciary committee investigation, which is possible if Wexler gets Conyers et al to go for it.

The new context is the McClellan book, which provides plenty of material for impeachment hearings.
