3. When does impeachment start?
I realize it will take a while for this to get around---but I darned well hope it does get around. It is important that we tie McCain to this if we can as well--after all, he has long supported this war---how much did he know, and when?

8. Kit Bond speaketh
The conclusions were sharply criticized by several key Republicans, who accused the Democrats of rehashing old material for political advantage. Committee Vice Chairman Christopher "Kit" Bond (R-Mo.) noted that key Democrats--including several who ran for the presidential nomination this year--also made public statements during the same period portraying Iraq's weapons as a threat to the United States.

6. My senator, Elizabeth Dole, has always backed Bush, mp ,matter what
I would be so happy if she is not re-elected this year. I'll never forget her fawning over him at various SOTU's---the look on her face made me want to puke!

I presume that high treason is not out of reach, given the stated conclusion.

12. time to CONTACT congress about impeachment again LINKS:
With two new reasons:

  1. McClellan's book's revelation that Bush okayed outing of Valerie Plame
    http://rawstory.com/news/2008/McClellan_I_have_higher_loyalty_to_0529.html

  2. Senate Select Intelligence Committee reports that Bush, Cheney, underlings knowingly lied to Congress and public to start Iraq War
    http://www.mcclatchydc.com/homepage/story/39963.html

There needs to be a vote in the house, and then a trial in the senate, so contact your representative in the house first. You could pretty much copy and paste the two item list above, and add any other offenses that are particularly galling to you, but the shorter the better (and the more likely you'll actually do it).

If you know your zip code, you can find them at this link:

Also contact Pelosi and tell her to stop blocking and start supporting impeachment efforts:

Post a kick at this thread if you contact them:
