Amazing Interview - Lt. Col Kwaitkowski: Crimes of Feith and Cheney
http://www.opednews.com/articles/opedne_david_sw_070304_former_pentagon_staf.htm

(snip)

There is no doubt in my mind that what they were impeachable offenses. In fact, many in the military and civil service, and political appointees are fired for far less malfeasance and incompetence in protecting the nations' interests and security than admittedly has been done by Feith and his cohorts. SecDef Gates just "impeached" the Secretary of the Army Harvey and Major General Weightman over the treatment of wounded Iraq and Afghanistan vets at Walter Reed Hospital. There is no doubt in my mind that Feith, Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld, as well as Abe Shulsky should have been (or in the case of Abe Shulsky, still in the Pentagon – be) formally impeached for incompetence, neglect of and disregard for national security, and reckless malfeasance in the conduct of their duties. Impeachment and prosecution for criminal misconduct while holding public office is certainly appropriate in these cases. I also recommend former prosecutor Elizabeth de la Vega's new book (The United States vs. George W. Bush et al) that makes a powerful case that Feith and others are guilty of conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Please read the entire article - this is about as damning an indictment as you will ever read.

1. thank you! she is one of the VERY few working within the bowels
of the defense/intelligence establishment with the courage to speak up. where are the rest of them? how can they live with themselves?

funny how she's never seen in the mainstream, corporate media, isn't it?

7. Unfortunately she's not still there as she's retired now...

... but that probably helped her to be able to speak up the way she has! I've been reading her stuff since way back when she wrote some articles for "The American Conservative" a few years ago about the Pentagon "stocking up" with these crooks to sell the war!

I recall then her noting that this new crowd called Colin Powell a bastard, they were so much into the neocon spin of things, which I think subsequently got edited out of the articles, and was an early sign then that it was just a matter of time before he jumped ship!

4. She's been shouting from the rooftops for a few years now
I hope that people will listen to her. I've never quite figured out why she is not on all of the news outlets A-list. Oh, yeah, I forgot the media is a shill for bushco.

8. Impeachment should never have been taken off the table.
Allowing the Busholini Regime and the Cabal of Criminals to continue their crimes is being complicit. Congress must be forced to comply with their Oath of Office.

9. Here is a video interview she also gave in 2004 - must watch!
This link was posted in another thread a couple weeks ago. She clearly describes how Feith and the neocons made policy, how intelligence was cherry-picked. Anyone interested in this subject should watch the video (about 25 minutes).

attorneys,
by retaining current GOP Senate and House numbers, he avoids impeachment!

If you want Bush impeached, work on restoring fired us attorneys who will lawfully prosecute GOP crimes.
