I wonder how foreign countries will respond to McClellan's book
I imagine the British press will cover it. But I'm thinking of the Middle Eastern press, too.

1. The Australian press has dealt primarily with the White House's . . .

lame response rather than any of the revelations (the book itself is not, I think, available even to reviewers here). No one I've seen has expressed any shock over the facts that he reveals.

I don't think anyone not formerly employed by the White House itself is bothering to feign surprise.

6. That will doubtlessly be true in many cases. However, for most,
I suspect that there is a deepened sadness that so much criminality has occurred from within the American Government and that no one will be punished for the crimes against humanity.

A Democratic President with a majority in the House and Senate, along with a new, impartial Justice Department would be the first step in bringing us out of the political nightmare that we have been living.
