1. I'm guessing these are the "new jobs" that Bush thinks we ought to be training for.
I'm going back to college. I'm gonna work on a PhD in E-Bay.

Wish me luck.

I'm gonna be a brazillionaire.

2. I call this under the radar living and I'm teaching my kids
that you can live pretty well if you are patient and know what things are worth.

Think of it this way, everything really costs twice as much as the price because you have to earn twice as much before you can spend the half that's left.

Thrift shops are the best way to teach this to kids.

5. I've shopped consignment shops for YEARS, The people at work
always thought I spent a fortune on clothes because I always work very nice, name brand things, but I bought them at a consignment shop that was located near a wealthy part of town, and the people who bought them originally most likely wore them a few times and put them up for sale. The most I ever spent on a suit was $20 when it originally cost $300-$400! Rich people are crazy, but it sure benefitted me!

4. Main Street in my town...
has numerous empty stores. At least 6 of those that remain are some kind of re-sale store..and there are almost as many banks, and bars.
