1. Where'd it go?

When I first logged on to cnn.com, there was a BREAKING headline on the front page. I went to an article on another page and when it came back, the banner was gone. I can't find reference to it any more -- can you? I also didn't see anything on msnbc,com.

3. At Least There's Some Sanity Out There...

I loved the parody of Danica Patrick that DKos ran the other day...how she'd keep racing even after she was out of the running. This ruling was the only ruling here...the rules were clear cut, the parties agreed to the rules...thus no merit to the suit.

Sorry, a primary IS NOT a General Election. It's a party-only affair and if you don't like it, stay home. The General Election is another deal. There equal protection applies, but then we saw how that was blown to hell by an out-of-control Supreme Court.

Hopefull a week from now this mess will be finished. Actually I hope Obama gets the 2025 before the DNC meeting.
