Today in Bush History, Wednesday May 28, 2008: With record-breaking deficits and an expensive war in Iraq, a top priority for the president is achieved as Bush signs into law tax breaks for the rich. The president's well-off supporters benefit from some of the lowest tax rates going. Meanwhile, working folks are subject to significantly higher rates (2003).
