I stumbled across it when I googled for something and entered this site.

1. It appears to be a vanity site, vaguely New Age Libertarian, anti-police power,

and very anti-public education. I note that none of the books listed in the bibliography are with scientific or academic validation or credentials. In short, unless one were interested in such things or vanity websites, I should not recommend it on a professional level, due to the almost entire reliance upon secondary sources.

In short, I would never cite this myself unless I were reviewing an article or book that required it.

This is an academic librarian who does this stuff for fun and profit writing, but I think anyone doing more than a cursory glance will agree with my evaluation. However, I am a member of a profession who does not find it odd to discover that a coworker keeps 17 rescue cats in a studio apt. and believes that wearing a necktie with Birkenstock clogs and an acrylic Izod Lacoste cardigan sweater is the height of fashion...

I've never run across a site like this before. It appears to be all over the place and I couldn't really find any URL that corresponded to an "About" page.
