Even if Rove testifies, he won't give up any incriminating evidence. And if he doesn't, the Democratic leadership doesn't have the ca-hones to do anything about it. Notice what Conyers said, "We'll hold in contempt" or "have him arrested," . We've hear that threat for over a year. At this point, I'd be shocked if they even hold him in contempt. And if the do actually hold him in contempt, so what! What's the penalty? A wag of the finger?

...to arrest anyone the Congress damn well pleases and haul their butts back in to Congress. The Sgt of Arms is under Congress's authority, not Mukasey's.
